The locally beloved Cherry Healing Center of acupuncture and wellness has collaborated with Cherry Healing Farms to provide their patients with the best locally-grown organic produce.
Customer Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a community of individuals who collectively support a farm operation so that the farm becomes the community’s farm. Typically, it is offered through a subscription service. Customers pay for their share upfront and get a weekly produce box of fresh vegetables and herbs.
Our goal is to work together to increase awareness of how important organic nutrition is for optimum health, and to make fresh produce available at a reasonable price for our patients and community. The produce is grown at our farm near Honoli’i Beach, and also at the greenhouse at Punachicks farm in Kurtistown. Regenerative methods are practiced in order to increase soil health and reduce imports from off-island. All plants will be organically grown, without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides.
